Receptionist was great, went above and beyond to help. 20+ guests were trying to get to Ravenna cruise port but getting a taxi is a nightmare on a Sunday and they were a no show for hours even when ordered. She organized a local cruise transfer bus service who normally pick up in Ravenna city centre (30-40mins walk or take a bus there) to come get all of us. Great service. There is a self check in and vending machines for late night snacks/meal. Beds very comfortable.

Access to meals, drinks and snacks all day. nice sized room, with a comfortable bed. A few nice walking paths. Friendly and helpful staff who worked hard to communicate with us as we speak English and not Italian.

breakfast is really good for 7 eur. the room was very clean and even had a tv with YouTube and able to connect phone. Also had recommendations for local places to visit and eat. the stuff was always very kind and with a smile. There is a mini store with food and some drinks with affordable prices. it has great parking for the ones travelling on car. There was a mall close and also some restaurants and delivery.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had a smart TV. It’s great for those who travel by car as there’s plenty of car parking space but it’s a bit of a walk from the centre otherwise (bus number 8 hours from a stop located about 10 minutes’ walk from the hotel). The staff were very friendly and helped us with taxi bookings.

Very efficient check-in / check-out. Friendly & helpful staff. Good, abundant breakfast. Comfortable bed and good room facilities. Very good value for money.

Friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. I really liked that there were plenty of snacks, as well as ready meals that one could microwave that can be purchased. It is a bit outside the historic center of Ravenna, but can still be reached by foot.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Good size of room and bathroom. Hotel just off motorway so popular for overnight stay. Although 1.5 miles from city centre there are plenty of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of things to choose from. The hotel has more than enough spaces for parking and the location - albeit outside the city centre is still close enough to get to the centre fast (by car). The staff was helpful and nice. A big plus was also the closeness to a place that sells excellent piadinas - La Piada di Ale (definitely one of the best piadinas I tried).

nice accomodation outside Ravenna. the room is big enough with all the comfort you may need. bathroom small but functional. the staff was nice and available. Not really close to the city centre. we stayed over for a wedding on the coast. good value for money
